Master creator cum painter
Signing off with a flourish
Winding day of light replete 
With signature orange streak
Across vast gray canopy bleak
 
 
Daylight folding self and gear
To be off to another hemisphere
Night benign gathering all life
Bedding saints and sinners alike

Teaching God’s evenhanded grace
Succoring all creation in His embrace
Life is cyclical and joy and grief
Come in short spans thankfully, a relief!!

It is one fact that is implacable
Infallible, inflexible, immutable
A universal truth of contrariness
Life is dynamic and brakeless!!
