child adult aged
happy worried forgetful
child
happy mischievous pure
adult
striving
responsible
go getter
adulterated
perforated
guilty
blemished
losing conscience consciously
vices ridden
beast of burden
wearing masks
trodden upon
straddling others to elevate self
wearing varying masks
changing person to person
chameleon
or not
honest
pathetic(in other eyes?)
fool
simpleton
peaceful
thick skinned
at peace
immovable
aged
life flashes by
has been
should’ve been
could’ve been
bundle of regrets
as sowed in life so reaped
hoist on own petard
mistakes come home to roost
some content resting on laurels
honestly derived comfort zones
incoherently praying for release
from to be to not to be
decease
cease
with ease
kaput
finite
end
and life cycle is complete
feelings and emotions
myriad of colors n hues
blues and pretty pinks
smiles clever guileless
angry fearful fearsome
sad woeful woe begotten
one face God made
many faces man made
to emote emotion play
life is a stage
we come
perform
gone
to come again
