Emotion of Love

Softened face
Suffused pink
Radiating happiness
Glowing eyes exuding
Love- shiny and moist
Lips quivering and parted
Body held fluid and tilted
Towards the beloved
Anklets tinkling daintily
On feet moving in rhythm
To the inner music
Arms undulating and moving about in full readiness
To embrace and be embraced
Heart beating in sheer joy
Barely contained and restrained ready to leap out
In sheer exhilaration
To gallop untrammeled
Not reined or tethered
On wings of love
One soars higher and higher
Fearlessly foolishly
Towards the burning sun
Unmindful of being burned
As for love
No sacrifice is too great!!!!

Love is a promise, love is a souvenir, once given never forgotten, never let it disappear.
Author:   John Lennon 1940-1980, British Rock Musician

We love in another’s soul whatever of ourselves we can deposit in it; the greater the deposit, the greater the love. Author:   Irving Layton 1912-, Canadian Poet
