Emotion of ANGER
Semi-circle eyebrows cresting
Beet-red face flushed
Blood and adrenaline
Rushing to the head
Protruded eyes
Molten and glaring
Fists tightly rolled
Lips curled
Surly mien
Seesaw body propped
On the balls of feet
Ready to pounce
Arms tautly glued to the sides
Neck craned and tilting
Hairs standing on end
Emitting currents of electricity
Chest puffed with labored breath
All on alert
Preparing for the final
Outburst of bile
On the wary or unwary
Once this lava is released
All becomes placid and fluid
Flowing at a steady pace
In the veins and arteries
In abeyance
For the next onslaught
Of
ANGER
Anger is a wind which blows out the lamp of the mind.
