Confusion And Tranquility
Con junction + Fusion = Confusion
Crisscross of myriad lanes and super highways do our life duplicate
Countless friendships and close relationships in our orbits, they replicate
In life’s journey people touch, come together for a short or a long stay
Then go separately, traveling down their individual destiny’s highway
Speed slow or fast, life is a dynamo
Time and tide wait not, we all know
Sand in hourglass does this affirm, echo
Highways ease our journeys pronto!!
Transit + quiet = Tranquility
In the mad rush of our daily frenetic and frantic living
Hearts and souls crave for an oasis for our minds quelling
An escape hatch out of constraining ship of life, for rejuvenation
A sumptuous platter of nature’s green meadows for eyes of soul, partaking
In concrete jungles do my eyes roam
Searching for a fistful of sky from my home
A verdant patch as garden outside my thatch
A quantum of solace to appease my soul’s scratch
In things to be seen at once, much variety makes confusion, another vice of beauty.
In things that are not seen at once, and have no respect one to another, great variety
is commendable, provided this variety transgress not the rules of optics and geometry.
Christopher Wren , English, Architect
Now painting is different. It’s something recollected in tranquility.
Jack Levine, American, Artist
