I am an Indian American poet. Born in India and raised in Mumbai, I have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bombay University.
I have divided my adult life between India and the United States. My passion for writing has been with me since childhood and I have been developing my creative talent since the mid 70’s while living and working in Cleveland Ohio. My voice has now come to fruition in my compilation of over 125 poems titled – My Heart On My Sleeve. Works from these series have been published in poetry anthology and have been selected to appear on www.poetry.com, and five pieces have been included as part of a permanent exhibit related to WTC 911 disaster featured at the Museum of Chinese of the Americas (MoCA).
I am married and live and work in Brooklyn, New York. I am well traveled and once owned and ran a consultancy firm catering to the chemical industry as a director.
